To apply and pay $160 deposit: 2 options:

Fill in this online form and submit it by pressing the "Submit application" button at the end of this page. You will then be taken back to the workshop description page where you can make your deposit payment via PayPal by clicking on the "Deposit Payment" button.
2. By post
Send completed application form and $160 deposit in check or bank money order (in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank).

Early Registration Date: Nov. 14th 2008
Applications must be approved by Nancy before registration is confirmed.
(If not approved, your deposit is refunded.)
Tuition balance is due by December 31st 2008.

Living at Earthdance for workshop is strongly encouraged.

I will stay at Earthdance.
(Room/Board fee is payable to Earthdance on arrival.)
